Riverside Crescent is a new high—rise complex in the Sobha Hartland II community. The developer of the project is Sobha Realty, one of the most famous developers in the luxury real estate market in the UAE. Completion of construction works is scheduled for June 2027.
The 57-storey skyscraper will be built according to the traditional concept for Sobha Realty — "reverse integration". The model assumes that the developer performs all stages of design and construction on his own with an increased level of quality control of work at each stage.
